Maison Kovacevic is a company from Serbia specialized in making prefabricated houses and products from wood. Our houses are primarily designed for Switzerland.

Although we are a relatively young firm, our engineers and carpenters have decades worth of experience in joinery and they are devoted to quality and precision. Above all else, we understand that a good home has to be a working piece of art; That is why we are not just focused on building homes, we also make epoxy resin tables, windows, doors and staircases... Because our interior and exterior surrondings are something we look at every day, it is safe to say that a beatiful home can make a person smile and feel happier.

Our office and factory are located in Neradovac, around 10km from Vranje, South Serbia.

Skillfulness

Our Prefabricated Houses are built in accordance with specific ecological requirements and building regulations in Switzerland.
The wooden materials which are used in the framework are made in Austria and comply with the highest standards of the EU.
The insulation materials are of EU certified origin.

Quality

Prefabricated Houses are more quickly constructed than standard, concrete homes.
The insulation we provide is of much higher heat loss reduction than that of concrete and brick materials.
Prefabricated houses are less ecologically demanding and feature less impact on nature and the environment.
